What aesthetic injectors, NPs and nurses actually make
Built only from pay that employers published in their own job postings — no surveys, no estimates, no modelling. Every figure below carries the number of postings behind it.
How these numbers are made
- Only postings where the employer published a pay figure are counted. Postings without pay are excluded — never guessed at.
- Hourly rates are annualised at 2,080 h/yr so hourly and salaried roles can be compared in one column.
- Each posting contributes the midpoint of its published range.
- A figure is shown only where at least 5 postings back it. Thinner slices are withheld entirely rather than estimated.
- Contract and 1099 roles can overstate take-home — those rates usually exclude benefits, paid time off and employer taxes.
- This reflects what employers advertise, which is not always what they end up paying.
- The number of employers behind each figure is shown next to the sample. A row drawn from one or two employers describes those companies' pay scales, not the wider market — read those with real caution.
